Scan or photograph your work - don't worry about the size too much as long as you do not make them very, very small.  Save as jpgs, name them as follows

DateThemeyournamestamps.jpg

OR

DateTECHyournamestamps.jpg

like this 0805serendipityjdavisATM.jpg

If you have more than one to send, number them.  Such as

 0805embossjdavis001LiWP.jpg

If your computer doesn't accommodate long file names, do your best at abbreviating. :)

You may then upload them to the files at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RubberRoad/  
I go in and remove the scans once a month for adding to the website.

Email your correctly named scans to submissions@rubberroadadventures.com

If you email them, please put the following information in the SUBJECT Line

Your name TECH submission

OR

your name THEME submission
