Foam Tape or dimensional mounting foam (3M)
Heat Embossing Tool (Milwaukee)

Instructions

1.      Using black cardstock and the Quickutz Silhouette, cut a soccer ball to fit an advertising CD that comes in junk mail.

2.      Using Scotch Quick Dry liquid adhesive, glue the CD to white cardstock and cut out.  When dry, adhere the cut-out black soccer ball overlay onto the white cardstock-covered CD.

3.      Using white pigment ink and Brushstroke Alphabet Numbers, stamp the year in the middle and black pentagon shape.  Apply white embossing powder, shake off excess and return to jar, and melt powder with a heat tool.

4.      Using black pigment ink, stamp the soccer ball from ClubScrap’s Varsity kit Borders & Background Unmounted stamps three times.  Apply black embossing powder (as in step 4) and melt with a heat tool.  Cut out image leaving a very narrow white edge.  Adhere to black cardstock with ATG adhesive and cut out leaving a very narrow black edge.  Stamp the “Be the BEST…” sentiment from the same B&B stamp plate using black ink and heat emboss using black embossing powder.   Trim and mount onto black cardstock leaving a narrow black border.  Also, stamp “CHAMP” (omitting “ION”) from the same B&B stamp plate with black ink and heat emboss using black embossing powder. Trim and mount onto black cardstock leaving a narrow border.

5.      Using the Creative Memories cutting system, choose a round template to fit your photograph and cut into a circular shape.  Mount onto black cardstock using ATG adhesive and trim leaving a narrow black border.

6.      Using the small hole punch on the Big Bite Crop-A-Dile II, punch two holes at the bottom of the mounted picture and two holes at the top of the stamped “CHAMP” element; set a gold tone eyelet in each hole.

7.      Using heavy gauge gold tone wire, wrap the handle of an artist’s paint brush or pen several times to make Curly Q shapes.  Using a pair of wire cutters, snip one “round” to form a jump ring; repeat.  Use these to hang the “CHAMP” element under the photo.  (You may use large jump rings instead).
