Supplies:
Forever rubber stamp set (TAC)
Twists & Twirls rubber stamp set (TAC)
L'Amore Red Palette Ink (Stewart Superior)
Aleene's Ivory Pearl Acrylic Paint (Duncan)
Decorative Paper (Anna Griffin)
Ivory Ultrasmooth Cardstock (TAC)
4x6 Photo Frame
Miniature Porcelain Plate (unknown)
1" Burgundy Ribbon (Michael's)
5/8" Burgundy Velvet Ribbon (Michael's)
Sponge Brush
Terrifically Tacky Tape (ProvoCraft)
5 minute epoxy (Bob Smith Industries)
Craft Stick
Detail Scissors
Double sided tape (3M)
Heat tool (Marvy)

Instructions:

1. Take the back off of the frame and the glass and other contents out.  Cut a piece of decorative paper to fit in the frame.  Adhere the paper to the front of the backing of the frame (See photo 3).  Place your frame face down on your workspace.  Cut fillers to fit along the sides of the frame (See photo 3).  You can use the fillers that come with some frames and just cut thin enough to hide under the sides or you can cut your own from cardboard or chipboard.  Place your glass on the fillers and then replace your paper covered backing.  Flip frame back over to decorate the rest (See photo 4).

2.  Ink up the "Be Mine" stamp with red Palette ink.  Stamp in the center of the porcelain plate.  Heat set with a heat tool.  Sponge some of the same red ink around the edges of the plate and heat set.  Sponge some of the acrylic pearl paint over the red border.  Let dry.

3.  The back of the porcelain plate was already rough but you will need to scratch up the glass where your plate will be glued in place.  Mix your epoxy and put on the back of the plate.  Adhere the plate to the center of the glass as shown in photo.  Let dry according to the epoxy directions.

4.  Ink up the "Happy Valentine's Day" stamp with the red ink.  Stamp it onto a piece of ivory cardstock.  When the ink is dry, sponge the acrylic paint over the image.  Let dry.  With detail scissors, cut out the image.  Adhere the Valentine's Day image to a strip of the 1" wide burgundy ribbon using the Terrifically Tacky Tape or glue.

5.  Adhere the velvet ribbon around the edges of the frame using the Tacky Tape.  Position your wide ribbon across the bottom of the frame and use the Tacky Tape to adhere the ends to the back of the frame.

6.  Make a bow out of the wide ribbon and adhere to the top center of the frame using the Tacky Tape or glue.
