Peggie Wilkins The instructions for this piece are limited to profiling the background Brayer work. Create the brayered background to attach to a card front using your favorite adhesive such as Scotch double stick tape or Mono Adhesive. In this card, images were stamped, colored, cut out and attached to the brayered background for the effect of gazing upon a stunning, starburst sky. Materials • Kaleidoscope pad Instructions 1. Slide kaleidoscope ink pads together. 2. Run the brayer across the kaleidoscope pad until it is inked all around, but making sure not to over lap the colors. (One end of the brayer will not have any ink on it). 3. Align the brayer over the card stock so
that the end of the brayer with the ink is in the center at the bottom of the
card stock. 5. If necessary, re-ink the brayer making sure to line up the brayer on the inkpad in the same spot. Continue working in the same way around the paper until you have the starburst effect. 6. Trim the white edges off the paper.
