Essential Glue Pad with Glitter

Supplies:
Stamps (Deadbeat Designs, Penny Black)
Glue pad
Art Institute glitter (Sedona, Lime, Grape)
Paint brush
Distress Pad (walnut stain)
Circle cutter (Making memories)
Ribbon
Tape
Decorative scissors
Pop dots
1/8” hole punch
rhinestone brad
white card stock


Directions:
 

1.   Stamp butterflies with glue pad onto white cardstock.  Apply glitter one color at a time to stamped image, and tap down to get good adhesion.  Tap off loose glitter onto scrap paper and put back in the container.  Repeat with each additional color. Set aside to dry for a few minutes.  When it is dry cut out.

2.   Cut decorative paper 4 ½” x 5 ½”, cut small white strip of cardstock 4 ½”x ½”, cut coordinating piece of decorative paper 1 ⅜” x 5 ½”.  Adhere white strip to back of smaller decorative paper, leaving a ⅛” edge.  Adhere all to top piece.

3.   Distress all edges with walnut stain.

4.   Cut a circle of decorative paper with circle cutter, adhere to top panel as shown.  Wrap cards with ribbon across center.

5.   Cut out a smaller circle of white paper and use decorative scissors on the edge.

6.   Cut out a smaller circle with decorative paper, adhere on top of the white circle and pop up with pop dots on top of the ribbon.

7.   Glue one butterfly in the center of the circles.  Adhere the other butterflies as shown.

8.   Punch a hole through the ribbon and place a rhinestone brad.

9.   Stamp sentiment with walnut stain on lower left panel.

10. Adhere all to the front panel of a folded white cardstock.
