Essential Glue Pad with Foil

Duo Adhesive (US Artquest)
Stiff brush
Sticker paper
Ticket punch
1/16” hole punch
Decorative fiber
Square brads
Cardstock, black and white
Gold marker (Krylon)

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. 
Stamp image with glue pad onto black cardstock cut to 4 ¾” x 1 ½”.  Apply foil over all the glued areas, press down with stiff brush.  Brush area so the foil remains only on the stamped image. Adhere to a white panel cut to 5” x 1 ¾”, edge with gold marker, set aside.

                                     

                              

2.  Apply foil to sticky side of sticker paper (4” x 5”).  Make sure the entire surface of the adhesive is covered.  Punch all 4 edges with ticket punch.

3.  Adhere the ticket to a black panel (4 ¼” x 5 1/4”), and punch the corners again. 

4.  Wrap the panel with decorative fiber and attach to the back.

5.  Adhere this piece to a white panel 4 ⅜” x 5 ¼”.  Attach this to the front of a folded black cardstock. Finished card size is 4 ⅝” x 5 ½”.

6.  Punch all four corners with the hole punch.  Apply two gold brads to opposite corners.

7.  Apply Duo Adhesive to remaining brads, allow to dry (tacky), cover with foil, and insert into remaining holes.

8.  On the back of the butterfly panel attach pop dots, and apply on top of foiled panel as shown.
