Pearl~Ex Ink Pads

Pearl~Ex ink pads, a Jacquard craft ink product by US Art Quest, are getting rave reviews and remain quite favored among the pros.  The mica pigment is finely ground, which produces a highly concentrated color that's quite brilliant.  Their 12 colors look appealing on both light and dark surfaces.  Other than heat setting for washable fabric, they become permanent without heat setting on other surfaces.  These inks are suitable for paper products, clay, leather, glass, wood, fabric, shrink plastic, and dominoes.  Here is a break down of the colors:

Essential colors:  Sepia, Black, and Indigo are opaque and non~shimmery.

Duo Colors: red/gold, violet/gold, & blue/gold are opaque and shimmery with a true two tone look.

Metallic Colors: gold, silver, & copper are opaque and shimmery with a high concentration of color.

Interference colors: blue, red, & violet are translucent shimmery colors that look best on darker color surface, but have a hint of shimmery highlights on lighter colored surfaces.
