Editor's Log Book
In this section of the Road, you will find the latest news and projections planned for the ezine. We are proud as peacocks to unveil our new, long-awaited interactive galleries. We are overjoyed to be sharing this new adventure and know you will be, too! As you try out the various projects, techniques, & products, upload your own versions and leave comments directly with your favorite designers! This is your chance to shine & share with the world! With Bea as your guide, uploading your projects is easy. Just follow these simple steps: Go to the Drive-In Art Show at: www.rubberroadadventures.com/photos or click on the 'Art Show' link on the left hand side of our web pages. On the upper left-hand corner you will find a box that says 'Register'. Click on that and follow the steps. Once you create an User ID and password (make sure you keep the info on file somewhere to refer back to!), you will need to wait until the Administrator (me) changes your membership to active. Unfortunately, due to some spammers, we've had to go this direction for new users. Check back in at least a day to see if you are active. I try to check the gallery a couple of times a day, but on occasion, I am not able to do that, so please give some time before contacting us regarding your membership. Once your membership becomes active, you can begin to upload your artwork. Individual User galleries are not available. All artwork can be uploaded to the individual galleries that are listed under Route 66 Art Show Categories. There you will find a plethora of various galleries for your artwork. If, by chance, there is not a category that fits with whatever you are trying to upload, let me know and I can create a new gallery for it. In the upper left-hand corner you will find "Upload". To upload your artwork, click on this link. You will be redirected to another page. The directions to upload are pretty self-explanatory, just follow the step-by-step instructions. There is also a FAQ section to the gallery, that can answer most questions. If you still need information, please let me know. Just email me at Webmaster. Since our gallery is fairly new, we may still have some glitches that we haven't found through our testing. Please let me know if you have any problems so I can correct whatever it is. I don't want anyone going away frustrated with their experiences! We look forward to seeing your projects at the Drive-In Art Show! Our Summer Edition is coming up in July with a bang just like patriotic fireworks! In this next Edition, all kinds of books will be profiled along with hand-made goodies to make them jazzy. These additions will include constructing pockets, flaps, peek-a-boos, and so much more! As always, they will be profiled at each level of difficulty (beginners, intermediate, and advanced) by all team designers. Get your supplies ready, have a stamp meet, and join us! With each Edition, we’ll always provide you a sneak peek of what’s going on down the Road! Until next time… I’ll
be seeing you!
