Instructions

1.       Stamp image onto white card with black ink and color with watercolors.  Trim the wet edge, and distress with distressing tool.  Dab edges with olive ink.

2.       Layer onto a black panel.  Wrap with decorative ribbon.

3.       Adhere to a white panel and set aside.

4.       Stamp various floral stamps with white ink and olive ink to create a background.  Cut to size: 4 1/8” x 5 ¼”.  On a scrap background, stamp Happy Birthday and cut out with a circle punch.  Use the tag creator to make this into a tag.

5.       Using Mono Adhesive, adhere stamped panel onto black folded card.  Adhere the decorative flower panels to this back panel.

6.       Pop up the round happy birthday tag on lower right of card using the pop dots.

7.       Add three dots of glitter glue.  Set aside to dry.
