Thank You Card By
Nancy Leimer
Supplies: Instructions: 1. Cut the Seafoam Cardstock in half to measure 8 ½” by 5 ½”. Fold one of the pieces in half to equal size 4 ¼” x 5 ½”. Using the Aspen Green stamp pad and the orient calligraphy stamp and apply to the front of the folded cardstock. 2. Cut the vellum to measure size 4 ¼” x 5 ½”. Using the empressor guide and pen to create squares on the vellum to equal size of 1” x 1”. See photo how to tear the vellum for the cardstock front. Attach the eyelet in the upper left hand corner through the velum and the cardstock. This will provide a place to attach the ribbon and also anchor the vellum to the cardstock. Add small drops of the Zig glue under the empressor marks on the vellum and glue to the cardstock. 3. Stamp the Oriental lady with the black ink and cover with the clear embossing powder. Heat set. 4. Color the Lady using the markers. See photo for coloring. Cut out. The Zig marker pen is now used to make glue dots in groups of three on the Kimono then add the gold glitter and allow to dry. Apply three dots of the Zig glue to the inside of the red flower and add three of the pearl beads. 5. Add glue to the back of the lady and apply to cardstock. See photo for positioning. 6. On the scrap of white cardstock stamp the words Thank You in the Pansy ink. Cut out the words making sure that they will fit inside the plastic frame. See photo for positioning to add the white cardstock and the plastic frame to the front of the card using the Diamond Glaze. Allow to dry. 7. Thread ribbon through the eyelet hole and attach the beads and charm to each different color. Tie a knot to anchor the ribbon.
