Birds of a Feather Card

Supplies:
Bird, egg, swirl, saying rubber stamps (Time to Stamp)
Burnt Umber Palette Hybrid Ink Pad (Stewart Superior)
Ballet Blue Palette Hybrid Ink Pad (Stewart Superior)
Aspen Cardstock (TAC):  cut to 4 1/4" x 11" and fold into a top fold card
                                  cut another piece 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Close to Cocoa Cardstock (SU):  cut to 2 3/4" x 3 3/4"
Cool Caribbean Cardstock (SU):  cut to 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
Wrought Iron Corner Punch (EK Success)
Light Brown Grosgrain Ribbon

Instructions:

1.  Cut all cardstock as directed in the supplies. 

2.  Ink egg stamp with Ballet Blue ink and stamp the eggs randomly around the outer edges of the front of the card.

3.  Ink swirl stamp with the Burnt Umber Ink and stamp randomly over the egg images. 

4.  Ink bird stamp with the Burnt Umber ink and stamp in the center of the smaller piece of aspen cardstock.  Stamp the saying in the upper left corner of the same piece at an angle.

5.  Using the corner punch, punch the corners of the blue piece.  Adhere the smaller aspen piece to the cocoa piece.  Insert this piece into the slots of the blue piece.  Adhere this entire piece to the center of the card front.

Tie a knot in a piece of ribbon and adhere under the bird image.
