Blue, Green, Yellow markers (Marvy)
Blue, White, Green, Yellow chalks (Craf-T Products)
Clear Glaze Gelly Roll Pen (Sakura)
Heat Tool (Marvy)

Instructions:

1.  Cut all cardstock as directed in the supplies.  Cut the open edge of the front flap of the card base using decorative scissors about 1/2" from the open edge.  Put dots along the decorative edge using the White Galaxy Marker.

2.  Ink up the border stamp with Versamark and stamp along the skinny light blue strip and around the edges of the larger piece of light blue cardstock as shown.  Cover with white embossing powder, shake off excess and heat with heat tool until melted.

3.  Swipe the edges of the white pieces with the brocade blue ink pad.  Stamp the flower vase image using black ink onto the small rectangle of white cardstock.  Color the image using markers and then coordinating chalks and blender pen over the marker.  Color the flower petals, scallops and dots with the clear glaze pen.

4.  Attach the skinny light blue strip to the skinny white strip and then attack these to the inside right of the card base.  Attach the image piece to the light blue piece with the borders and then to the larger white piece.  Attach this to the front flap of the card.
