Decorative Postage Edge Scissors (Fiskars)
Glossy and brilliant blue cardstock
Glitter glue
Pop dots
Gold and blue polka dot ribbon
Rhinestone stickers
Gold Metallic marker
Mono adhesive

Directions:

1.     Ink up image with StazOn and stamp on glossy cardstock twice creating 2 images.  Cut out only the menu from the second stamped image.  Adhere to blue cardstock and cut out with decorative postage scissors.  Adhere to top of menu on the first original image.

2.    Cut out an oval from blue panel.  Rim inside with gold marker.

3.    Cut out a slightly larger oval from glossy cardstock and trim outside edges to reduce the size.  Adhere over the blue oval from step two.

4.     Stamp background repeatedly with word stamp.

5.    Wrap the sides first with gold ribbon then layer polka dot ribbon on top.  Adhere with tape.  Apply a rhinestone sticker on each side, as shown in photo.
