School Supplies

By Missy Cahoon
Hot Rod Scrampers
Advanced Scramping Team Designer

This layout was very simple, yet effective. I just added certificates and schoolwork into the file folder. By using a file folder I was able to preserve the whole school year into one layout. This works well with multiple kids and sports.

Supplies

•  Alphabitz stamps (Stampin’ Up!)
•  Blue dye ink (unknown)
•  Patterned Paper (Karen Foster)
•  White cardstock (Stampin’ Up!)
•  Tacky Glue (Alleen’s)
•  Label Buddy with blue & red tape
•  Crayon buttons (Michael’s)
•  Wooden accents (Michael’s)
•  Paper clips
•  Staples
•  Ruler
•  Mono Adhesive (Tombow)
•  Manila file folder
•  Paper Cutter (Fiskars)
•  Printer Office jet 5510 (Hewlett Packard)

Instructions:

1.    Stamp the alphabitz on white cardstock using blue dye ink.

2.    Attach the stamped white cardstock on top of the patterned paper. Mat pictures, leaving ¼” border, and attach using adhesive.

3.    With the label buddy, label the pictures, file folder, the year, and date.

4.    Attach the file folder to the other sheet of patterned paper with the tacky glue. Cut and mat pictures, leaving ¼” border, and attach to the file folder.

5.    Add the paper clips in various places. Attach the buttons and wooden accents as desired using tacky glue.
