Instructions:
- Cut about 20 circles
with a 3 diameter. You can make your book as large or as small as your
circle cutter can handle.
- Punch 3 holes in 1
of the circles and use it as a template to know where to punch holes in the
other circles. Use a pencil to mark where the holes should be with your
eyelet punch to punch the holes. You can use 1/8 or 3/16 holes, but you
will need eyelets that size, also.
- Set your eyelets in
the first and last pages of the brag book for stability. You can put eyelets
on every page, but it really isnt necessary.
- Since I used
cardstock that was double dipped with a pattern on one side and plain colored
on the other, I stamped with the Flopsy Bunny set on the plain side to add a
design. I inked the edges of the stamped sides and put it aside to dry while
I worked on the cover.
- The cover is simply
decoration. For my circle brag book, I started with the rub on letters in the
middle and worked around them adding white twill tape. I added a bow I made
from yellow Anna Griffin ribbon, the Brenda Walton embellishments, and a small
die cut which reads: Something Wonderful Is about to Happen.
- Stamp all the pages
and attach the photos in a pleasing manner. I mounted mine on matching
cardstock and then inked the edges. Run the cording through the holes on each
circle and tie to complete the book.
