Supplies

• Daisy Delight (TAC)
• Great Greetings (TAC)
• Black Beauty Ink Pad (TAC)
• Versamark Pad (Tsukineko ~ TAC)
• Clear Embossing Powder (Ranger)
• White Cardstock;
        cut to size: 5½” x 8½" to make a folded card
• Yellow Cardstock;
        cut to size 4” x 5-1/4”
• Pink Cardstock;
        cut to size 1-1/2” x 3-3/4”
• Blue Cardstock;
        cut to size 1-1/2” x 3-3/4”
• Lime Green Cardstock;
        cut to size 1-1/2” x 3-3/4”
• Blue Cardstock;
        cut to size 1” x 5”
• Blue Cardstock;
        cut to size 2” x 2”
• Lime Green Cardstock;
        cut to size 2” x 2”
• A scrap piece of lime green and pink.
• Hole punch; Ό” (McGill Co.)
• Hydra Sponge (TAC)
• White Acrylic Paint (Plaid)
• Paper Trimmer (Fiskars)
• Pop Dots (Dollar Tree)
• Easy Stick Double Stick Adhesive Runner (Henkel/Duck)
• Embossing Heat Tool (Milwaukee ~ TAC)
• Water in Receptacle
• CD, Stamp box or paint pallet
• Tidy Tray
• Paper to protect work surface

Instructions:

1.    Squirt a small amount of White Acrylic Paint onto an old CD. Place the Pink, Blue, and Lime Green 1-1/2” x 3-3/4” strips onto work surface.  

2.    With Ό of a hydra sponge pick up the acrylic paint and paint each strip of cardstock, making sure to leave some of the cardstock color showing. Once all the pieces are painted, lay aside to dry (about 20 minutes). 

3.    Ink up the daisy with Versamark and stamp once onto each piece of 2”x2” cardstock. Emboss with clear powder. 

4.    Stamp saying onto blue 1”x5” strip with Black Beauty. Tear one end.  

5.    Punch a circle for each daisy, 1 from pink and 1 from lime green, attach with tape runner, place pop dots behind each flower, set aside. 

6.    Using tape runner, attach yellow cardstock to white card. After painted strips are dry attach the blue, pink and lime green strips to yellow cardstock.   

7.    Tuck end of saying strip behind blue painted strip but over the pink and lime green strips. 

8.    Remove backing from pop dots on daisies and attach the lime green daisy to the bottom of the blue painted strip and the blue daisy to the top of the pink painted strip.

 A Simply Elegant card is completed!
