Instructions:

1.                Prepare Masonite clipboard by a coat of gesso.  Do not gesso the clip. Put something under the clip while you gesso under it.   Let dry totally.

2.                Using #2 brush, paint around the edges and the back of the clip board.  You may want to use a larger brush on the back or maybe some left over paper and do a collage on the back as well.

3.                Start cutting the papers (except the postcard paper) randomly with your Fiskars Paper Trimmer.  Make several different sizes and shapes.

4.                Using an appropriate glue (I prefer my Xyron), randomly put on the clipboard in a pleasing manner.

5.                Now, carefully cut out some postcards from the 12”x12” sheet.  One of them was blank so I put my own writing in it.

6.                Now apply the skeleton leaves. Spray some Walnut Ink on the tags and the miniature file.  Carefully, add these to your back ground. You may use a heat gun to hurry up the drying process with the walnut ink.

7.                I found a saying that I wanted on the clip board. This is optional.  Write Addresses on the miniature file.  Add some gold mesh to the board.

8.                With your #03 Black Pen, carefully go around the postcards to accent them.

9.                Now, take your walnut ink and spray randomly on the board, pat in some places depending on how intense you want it to be.

10.           Take your Krylon Gold Leafing Pen and using a ruler, go around the edge of the board.

11.           Prepare your metal tag by using walnut ink, after it dries you can put your initials on it.  Finally, tie the metal tag on the clip board with some attractive fibers that go with the paper.  In this case, I used red and black.

*** Please note:  You may change the colors of papers and cardstock you use as well as the fibers.  You can make it Victorian or whatever colors that suit you.
