By
ToniAnn "TA" Carbone If you like to do Paper Lace (a/k/a Parchment) and love Geometric Designs, then this is the pattern for you! This can be completed in one day. All tools listed as PCA, stands for ParchCraft Australia, and you can see the full line of tools on my website. Parchment for a Dear Friend Card Supply List: • White Vellum 30
weight (Cindy's Crafts) Instructions: 1. Cut White Vellum 5” high and 8” wide. Center pattern to the vellum with paper tape. 2. Outline the design onto white vellum using the black Zig Memory Marker and remove pattern from vellum. 3. Using the picture as your guide, color the inside with the Luster Rub Ons using your choice of color. 4. Emboss the reverse side of the vellum along the back of the black lines with the small embosser. 5. Turn vellum face up and push the Quad tool in between each square to form a box with the holes. 6. Using the Fine Sun Tool, push shape into the spaces from the back of the vellum according to the picture of completed card. 7. Carefully emboss the back of the vellum next to each square with the small embosser. 8. Shade the back of the vellum with the Shader according to the picture of the completed card. 9. Cut x's to the manufacture instructions on this inside of the package holder with the Easy Cross tool. 10. Go around the complete inside parts of the design with the Stamp Edge tool according to the picture of the completed card. This tool was designed to remove the excess paper from your border as it leaves a PERFECT serrated stamp-like effect! Template included in PDF file linked to below.
